PROJECT OVERVIEW

CACHIA is an Australian women’s fashion label known for its bold prints, vibrant colours, and unapologetically feminine DTC aesthetic. Founded in 2017, the brand built a strong identity and loyal customer following — but needed a performance marketing partner to accelerate paid acquisition and maximise the revenue sitting in its existing customer base. Ecom Nation partnered with Cachia to deliver a full-funnel paid social strategy alongside a high-performing email and CRM programme designed to compound results over time.

CHALLENGE & OBJECTIVES

Cachia’s core challenge was converting strong brand awareness into efficient paid acquisition without diluting the bold, fashion-forward identity that defined the brand. Ad spend needed to scale without inflating customer acquisition costs, and the brand’s existing email list was significantly undermonetised. The objective: build a paid social engine capable of driving new customer acquisition at scale, while deploying email automation that would unlock substantial incremental revenue from the existing base.

Built audience frameworks on Meta anchored around Cachia’s boldest creative — leaning into the brand’s signature prints and high-energy visual identity to attract the right customer at the top of funnel, while retargeting sequences drove efficient conversion further down the funnel.

Email & CRM Architecture
Designed and deployed a full suite of automated email flows — welcome, browse abandon, cart abandon, post-purchase, and win-back sequences — engineered to maximise LTV from every acquired customer and turn one-time buyers into repeat purchasers.

Full-Funnel Integration
Paid social and email worked in concert: paid drove new customer acquisition, email retained and upsold, creating a compounding revenue loop that improved returns over time and reduced over-reliance on continuous ad spend.

RESULTS & IMPACT
