As General Manager, James oversees the day-to-day operations and manages all business development for the agency.

Jason is detail orientated and enjoys data analysis, which allows him to deliver campaigns that are aligned with the goals of the businesses he works with.

A Florida native, Casey surfed the startup wave in San Francisco before chasing the sun to Sydney. With a decade in tech, digital marketing, and e-commerce, Casey thrives in scaling global brands using data, creative flair, and omnichannel magic. From fashion to wellness, Casey has led content-driven performance strategies for DTC e-commerce, crafting narratives that captivate audiences and boost brand love.

Karina’s extensive experience in digital marketing, specialising in paid advertising, has been honed across a range of industries including beauty, consumables, fashion, technology and homewares. Well-versed across both Meta and Google advertising, Karina is able to create and execute holistic marketing strategies specifically for ecommerce brands.
